Personal Philosophy
Mary believes that people know when they are ready to enact change in their lives. But they may stumble with choosing a path to take, or how and where to begin. Her role, as coach, is to help each individual she works with to envision a truly meaningful life, to make the active choices and accept the challenges that are an inevitable part of change, and to thereby begin living that vision.
She is both coach and cheerleader for her client, actively working as her client’s personal advocate, and raising the bar on that person’s expectations. To face some of the toughest issues in a respectful yet light-hearted way, in Mary’s experience, yields profound results.
Clients
Mary Olk’s clients come from all walks of life and from across the globe. The common elements are that her clients are typically smart (with degrees from colleges or the school of hard knocks), believe in commitment to relationships, and value personal growth and development. Most of all, they are motivated to carve their own path through life. Mary delights in helping her clients to invest in that process and to achieve true success—on their terms—in relationships, in career, and in life.
